Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, final sale products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hothandmadelive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hothandmadelive@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the defective or incorrect product
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed for shipping.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow the return process if necessary.
